Did you know? Singaporeans are the most de-energized employees in Asia and this can potentially lead to burn out 🥵. If you’re feeling the same way, read on as we might just have the tip to lift your spirits!

Staying active and exercising such as cycling can act as a stress reliever by boosting your feel-good endorphins and distract you from daily worries. Go for a chill ride and listen to the under-appreciated element of natural places. Whether it is the calming sound of waves 🌊 hitting into the shore, the forest leaves 🌿 rustling in the wind or the bustling city life, listening to the world that surrounds us can help relax your mind, body and soul. 🧘🏽‍♀️💆🏽‍♂️

So take a break and follow us on a 12 KM cycling route covering a stretch of East Coast Park to Marina Barrage and passing through Gardens by the Bay East via PCN (Park Connector Network), while listening to the music that the Earth makes.

Difficulty level: Easy

Distance: 12 KM

Duration (Cycling): 1h 30mins

East Coast Lagoon Food Village > Parkland Green > Coastal PlayGrove > Marina Bay Golf Course > Bay East Garden > Marina Barrage Bridge > Marina Barrage > Gardens by the Bay > Marina Bay

Start your journey at East Coast Lagoon Food Village by downloading the SG Bike app (here) and then unlocking any of the SG Bike bicycles located at the bicycle parking area! Then you’re all set to go!

Hopefully this reminds you of nature’s more gentle pace of life. 😌

the idea of turning a cycling route into an asmr experience is quite clever. it shifts the focus from exercise to sensory immersion, which feels less daunting. the suggested route from east coast park to marina barrage is a classic, and highlighting the ambient sounds along the way makes it more appealing for a mental reset. a gentle reminder to slow down and listen. I usually associate ASMR with headphones and quiet rooms, so turning a 12km East Coast Park to Marina Bay Sands ride into a soundtrack is an interesting twist.

It feels more doable than a forced meditation session when you're already de-energized.

The 12km route sounds lovely, but I wonder if it’s realistic for someone truly burned out to even get started. Isn’t the bigger hurdle just finding the energy to step outside, rather than the distance itself? Maybe shorter, gentler rides would ease people in better.

Really enjoyed this cycling journey. The combination of waterfront scenery, city views, and ambient sounds creates a calming viewing experience while also giving potential visitors a sense of what the route is like. The clean presentation of the page also demonstrates why solutions such as CopywebAI website cloning tool are becoming useful for recreating modern cycling blogs and outdoor adventure content platforms with a polished and user-friendly experience.
